We’re committed to supporting clients running any major release of Vintegrate Back Office built on a currently supported version of Microsoft Dynamics-NAV, running on hardware and related software supported by that NAV version. Please see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle for the Microsoft Lifecycle Policy applicable to Microsoft Dynamics-NAV.

Each major release of Vintegrate Back Office may be updated with point releases that add feature enhancements and fixes. If you encounter a problem with a Vintegrate Back Office point release that is more than 2 years old, we may require that you update your system to a more recent Vintegrate point release to correct the problem.
